Team Volunteers Needed
Our Midget 3 team is in need of some volunteers for this season.
We are looking for a parent volunteers to take care of the Away Jerseys, Home Jerseys, Water Bottles, and to be a Team Manager.
The Team Manager must have the Bench Staff RIS or PRS-Speak Out. This is different from the Parent RIS you all took online but the Bench Staff course is done online as well.
The Manager will look after booking tournaments and hotels if necessary, filling out game sheets (I will provide stickers) and can be on the bench during games to run a door(but not necessary-your decision)
Manager will also look after all team finances for tournaments.
Jersey Volunteers will carry Away Jerseys to and from all away games and wash the jerseys when they deem necessary and at the end of the season. This can be shared between 2 parents if desired.
Home Jersey volunteers will carry Home Jerseys to and from all Tournament games and wash the jerseys when they deem necessary and at the end of the season. Other than Tournaments, these jersey can remain in the locker at the arena. This can be shared between 2 parents if desired.
Water Bottle volunteers will carry the water bottles and warm up pucks to ALL games and Practices, fill the water bottles before games and during intermission, and wash the bottles when they deem necessary.
Marg Tufford has already stepped forward to be our parent Rep and attend the monthly Executive/Parent Rep meetings for our team.
These jobs will greatly assist our coaching staff with the small items that take up so much time and effort during the season and allow them to concentrate on the players.
