Ryan - Director of Development:
Time Slots for Ellis Skills Session- starts Sept 17th and following Mondays, first two are free and then players will pay $10 for the remaining sessions

Goalie skills update- the Instructor is going to come to the team practise to work with the individual goalies- Paul Gibson just needs times

Ryan Ward will be the head coach of the Atom LL team, with Rick acting as assistant coach

Greenlane meeting is Sept 25th – Rick will forward our information/application
Alex has banners to use that can be reprinted on if any advertising is required

LMLL meeting – August 7th
Demo of Game Sheet software – Motion made to make the software mandatory for all teams
Currently used by leagues in the OMHA over the last 3 seasons
Billed to the league and charged back to the center
$250 software charge split across the teams in the league
$2 per home game
Can be used for tournaments as well at an additional charge
Game Sheet App available from their website
Game Sheet App only iPad compatible (not supported on Android)
Supported Platform: iPad2, iPad Air, iPad Mini or higher
Could have parents donate old ones, or manager is responsible for brining one to a game
Rosters are preloaded for games and needs to be input only once for the season – and can be modified or adjusted as required
Statistics and Penalties are tracked by Player and can be released to the coaches, if desired
Coaches and Refs provide digital signature
Game sheet is locked by ref after coaches have signed off. Referees will be getting additional training at their meeting this year.
Online training available for the tool and 24 hour support
White copy limited version limited to the convener – it can include voice recordings from the Ref
Game sheet available as soon as uploaded. This can be done using a phone as a hot spot.
Minimal data requirement for upload (size of a text message)
Future release - Parent Mobile app available for Android or Apple with live scoring feature
Tyke Loop  
Plan to reduce number of games. Original proposal had 24 games. No Games before Dec 1st.

All 2011’s will play Tyke and OMHA rules say that those players cannot play full ice

Alex put forth his committee’s changes on the rules and regs – seconded by Shane, all in favour and carried
He will get it posted on the website
Game Day Operations
Executive will book the referees with schedule from LL and Shamrock
Individual teams will be responsible for changing/cancellations with refs
Get in touch with teens working the gate
Job posting live on website and FB site for timekeeper score keeper $14.00/game
