Intro to the year
Hi everyone, my name is Rob Jansen, I am the coach of the
U13LL Black team this year. I think most of you know me as I believed I’ve
coached all but 2 or 3 of the players over the years, for
those that don’t know me or are new to Port Stanley, welcome, we are excited to
have you and are looking forward to a great season.
A few things I try to emphasize is having fun, being good teammates, working hard in practice and games, listen to instruction, and absolutely no bullying or tearing down teammates will be tolerated and will be addressed immediately.
For the first few weeks ice time can change so please check the website often for updates.
Once all the St. Thomas tryouts are done (I think by Oct 2nd) and we know how many and who will be on our team the remaining coaching staff will be introduced and we will be having a team meeting where we discuss a few more things in person, find a parent rep, etc.
