As we approach the end of another hockey season, We have once again posted our Coach evaluation form on our website.  We would like to encourage everyone to

take a few minutes to complete the short questionnaire.  Your feedback, insights and suggestions will help us ensure that we are providing the best coaching staff, support and best hockey experience for our athletes. Mike Ellis Bio Owner, Founder and Head Instructor Progressive Hockey Development Mike is an experienced and focused individual with a real passion for skating and skill development in today's fast paced game. Mike has played and coached against top hockey nations throughout Europe and has absorbed and developed many teaching techniques that he shares with all athletes he works with. As a coach an instructor Mike believes in detail and technique. He believes the old theory of 10,000 repetitions to master a skill can be drastically reduced through delivering a detailed progression based plan and providing the right information to the athlete. This higher level of detail helps the athlete to absorb the information with more focus.
