Hockey Restart
Hey Sailors, time to wash your jersey and sharpen your skates!

As I’m sure most of you are aware, the provincial government will be lifting restrictions on January 31 at midnight, so we will resume our season on Monday January 31 at 1700 (5pm)!

Over the next few weeks we will be working on firming up the guideline for missed games, but the preliminary feedback is that we will not be required to.

The reopening comes with a couple of caveats;

Participants born 2009 or before will be required to show QR code proof of vaccination and government issued ID to be permitted inside

Arena capacities will be capped at 50% for spectators (or 500 people, whichever is less) and they too will be required to show QR code proof of vaccination and government issued ID to be permitted inside

As was the case prior to shutdown;

Participants are required to wear masks until they put their helmet on and again when it is taken off.

Spectators are required to wear a mask at all times, so no food or drink will be permitted within our arena.

Exit out the side door as soon after your ice time as possible.

Stay away if you are not feeling well.

Please keep an eye on this website for updates as new information becomes available.

Thank-you for your patience,

Alex Russell
