New Registrations - Mandatory Info
Please note that it is mandatory, as per OMHA Regulations, that all NEW registrants provide a copy/photo of their child's birth certificate to the registrar, to be added to their Hockey Canada profile.  Without it, OMHA will not permit child to be rostered to a team.
Regulation 3.0 PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
3.1 b)  A birth certificate for each player, issued by the Registrar General, indicating the Province in which the player was born and the date on which the player was born, shall be filed by each Center with the Regional Director or his designate.
