Lace 'Em Up Foundation - 2019 Funding
Lace 'Em Up Foundation for Kids has supported players in the Port Stanley Minor Hockey Association in the past. They are a national charitable program, helping financially disadvantaged children play hockey by paying for registration fees and providing equipment for each child. The Lace’Em Up Foundation for Kids is dedicated to increase youth hockey participation rates for financially disadvantaged kids. They have made some changes to the Lace’em Up Foundation for Kids funding this year and they are detailed here.

  1. Our online application opens on June 1, 2019 and closes August 15, 2019.
  2. They are on a first come first serve basis this year so please encourage families to apply as soon as possible as they may run out of funds later in the summer.
  3. They are only funding registration fees. No other fees will be considered for funding.
  4. They require a hockey registration invoice from your  hockey organization showing how much a child’s dues are.
  5. They are only accepting online applications this year that are completed on their system. You can find this at www.laceemup.ca under the Apply tab. Any application mailed, faxed, or emailed will not be considered.
