In Memory of Disco Johnstone
David “Disco” Kenneth Johnstone of St. Thomas, passed away peacefully, on Sun. Dec. 30th, 2018, at the age of 54... 

Dearly loved son of Janet (Esseltine) and Robert Johnstone. Dear brother of Margaret, Cathy & Rob (Sherry). Sadly missed by a number of nieces, nephews & special friends Courtnee, Tasha & Ron. Dave was born in London on October 28, 1964. He worked as a time & scorekeeper for over 30 years at the Port Stanley Arena and was involved with minor sports most of his life. He also worked at a scorekeeper for the Shedden Fastball League. Earlier in his life he was passionate about roller skating and that’s where he got the nickname “Disco”. The family will receive friends at WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME , 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas on Sat. Jan. 5th, 2:30-3:30 p.m. A celebration of David’s life will be held at the funeral home at 3:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place with private interment in Union Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Port Stanley Minor Hockey. “Keep your stick on the ice!”
