REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 Online registration opens April 1 of every year.
 You can find the link under the registration tab.
 To guarantee a spot on a team you must register by July 1.
After July 1 registration online registration closes for U8, U9, U11, U13, U15, U18.
You can still register by contacting the registrar at [email protected]
 For U8-U18 all fees are due by Sept 1 of each season.
 Once roster spots are filled you will be placed on a waiting list.
Note: goalie spots are limited and when full for each division you will not be
allowed to register and will need to contact the registrar to be placed
on a waiting list.
 ALL new registrants to PSMHA need to provide a copy of their birth certificate to the registrar.
 One parent for each family needs to take the Respect in Sport Parent Course
- link on PSMHA website under the parent tab.
 U7, U5 online registration does not close on July 1-it is remains open until Sept 30 each year.
 In all divisions all players must have all registration money paid before they are able to go on the ice.
There are some payment plans available online.

REGISTRATION FEES

U5 - formerly Preschool/Jr IP- $300 (no late fee)
U7 - formerly Initiation/SR IP- $500 (no late fee)
U8 - (Pre-novice) $850 (after July 1 $100 late registration fee)
U9 - (Novice) $850 (after July 1 $100 late registration fee)
U11 - (Atom) $850 (after July 1 $100 late registration fee)
U13 - (Peewee) $850 (after July 1 $100 late registration fee)
U15 - (Bantam) $850 (after July 1 $100 late registration fee)
U18 - (Midget) $850 (after July 1 $100 late registration fee)
U21 - formerly Juvenile- $500 (no late fee)

Please note - due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no late fees for the 2020-2021 season. Additionally, at the current time we are unable to take any payments, so payment plans are currently suspended. There will be some flexibility with the normal expectation that all fees are paid before the start of the season. As soon as we can take payments, we will update the PSMHA website.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

REP TRY OUT FEE $60 - All Divisions U8 to U18 (**Rep Team Fee: "To be Determined”)
This Rep Fee is to offset some of the extra ice team Rep teams receive including extra regular season
games over the local league teams, plus two levels of playoffs (OMHA and Shamrock) and additional
practices accompanying playoffs.
**Any Player Who Is Offered A Position On A Rep (Shamrock) Team and Declines, CANNOT A/P to the Rep Team
  
***A/P fee (local league & rep): $100
***ALL PLAYERS WHO A/P TO HIGHER DIVISION/Category MUST PAY A/P FEE***

- Payment Plans Available - *Postdated cheques for evenly split payments ending Sept 1, 2020 and must be submitted with Registration. *ALL CHEQUES MUST BE DATED FOR 1st OF THE MONTH--Contact the Registrar BEFORE July 1, 2020 to make arrangements.

**BEWARE: Any NSF Cheques or Dishonored Credit Card Payments will be charged a $50 NSF Fee** 2nd NSF Will Be Charged $75 NSF Fee

NEW PLAYERS must supply a copy of their Birth Certificate
If you have previously played hockey and have moved from another Center or Town a Residential Transfer Form and it's supporting documents must be supplied at time of registration. A Residential Transfer form is not required for any moves within the boundaries or shared boundaries of the PSMHA

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

If your child is planning to try out for the Middlesex Elgin Chiefs AAA you will still need to register for your home center - Port Stanley.  Do not pay your registration- check off "OTHER" as your payment method and this will ensure your registration is complete.  Then please send an email to the registrar and the president to notify of your intentions to try out- you will need a PERMISSION TO SKATE Form - signed by the PSMHA President.
If you child is planning to try out for the St Thomas Stars as a Non-resident player (NRP) - ONLY for Peewee and above age groups- you will need to register with Port Stanley before you can try out- do not pay your registration - check "OTHER' as your payment method and this will ensure your registration is complete.  Then please send an email to the registrar and the president to notify of your intentions to try out as a NRP- you will need a NRP passport form signed by the PSMHA president.
