U15 White Are Champions!
The U15 Sailors White team came out on top in the Lefroy Icebreakers Year End tournament this past March 3rd weekend with a shutout performance in all games to capture the GOLD. 

Every single player had contributions that showed heart and determination to achieve the same goal of winning our last tournament of the season.   They battled through many challenges on the ice and still walked away with an amazing tournament 31 goals for and 0 against earning their VICTORY.

Coaches, players and parents all contributed to a great unforgettable weekend.

While the Fair Board still plays a roll in the pull, it has been taken over by the Shedden Truck and Tractor Pull committee which was formed in 2005 and is committed to bringing you the best show possible to the area.

He believes the old theory of 10,000 repetitions to master a skill can be drastically reduced through delivering a detailed progression based plan and providing the right information to the athlete. This higher level of detail helps the athlete to absorb the information with more focus.
