Sailors Holiday Spirit!
This past weekend our sailors came together to put on our annual "fill the van" food drive in support of our local food bank.

We are proud to host such an event and have this opportunity for us as a team, our parents and our community to come together and make sure that no one goes hungry in our community.  We have been able to help out with this great cause for years now and it has been a wonderful experience.  Seen in the photo are some of our U11's delivering the food and $300+ in donations. Way to go Sailors!

Thank you to Shelley Boyes for organizing this event and to everyone and to everyone who helped make this a success!

He believes the old theory of 10,000 repetitions to master a skill can be drastically reduced through delivering a detailed progression based plan and providing the right information to the athlete. This higher level of detail helps the athlete to absorb the information with more focus.
