There will be 2 $500 credit draws made for anyone in attendance at the end of the meeting!    

Thank-you for the season summaries that you provided for our website/facebook.  It makes all the effort worthwhile when you see it paid off for the kids.  There are several key board positions opening up this year and as we emerge from COVID (we hope) we would love to have you join the board!    

 

The AGM will include brief (1-3 min) updates from all of the directors and voting on the new executive. 

 

AGM positions open this year include;

President

VP and Director of Local League

Director of Communications

Treasurer

Director or Program Development 

Director of Sponsorship 

Director of Fundraising

Director of Equipment

Director of Tournaments and Events (is normally an odd year position, but was unfilled and board appointed last year).

Director of IP hockey

2 Directors at Large

 

We would also appreciate expressions of interest on the positions of Registrar, Ice Scheduler and GameDay Operations.
