Director of Game Day Operations
  Port Stanley Minor hockey is looking for a responsible and reliable person to help lead our Game Day Crew.

Great opportunity to manage a small team and have some fun with the Port Stanley Sailors minor hockey organization.  
- Up to 10-15 hours a week from October to March  

- Rate of $15/20 / game based on experience  

- Organize and participate in Game Day Crew at Port Stanley Arena  


- Duties include:           
- Arrange Refs, timekeepers and gate staff for home games          
- Collect gate receipts for each game and submit to Treasurer            
- Set up Game Sheets            
- Pay Ref mileage before each game             
- Train and manage crew             
- Provide a report to the executive before monthly board meeting

As a coach an instructor Mike believes in detail and technique. He believes the old theory of 10,000 repetitions to master a skill can be drastically reduced through delivering a detailed progression based plan and providing the right information to the athlete. This higher level of detail helps the athlete to absorb the information with more focus.
