Mike has played and coached against top hockey nations throughout Europe and has absorbed and developed many teaching techniques that he shares with all athletes he works with. As a coach an instructor Mike believes in detail and technique. He believes the old theory of 10,000 repetitions to master a skill can be drastically reduced through delivering a detailed progression based plan and providing the right information to the athlete. This higher level of detail helps the athlete to absorb the information with more focus.×
