The PSMHA Annual General meeting is being held April 21 at 6:30 pm, upstairs at the Port Stanley Arena. Any amendments or motions must be submitted in writing to the the Board no later than March 23rd, 2020. Please submit to Kelly Savage at [email protected]

Mike has played and coached against top hockey nations throughout Europe and has absorbed and developed many teaching techniques that he shares with all athletes he works with. As a coach an instructor Mike believes in detail and technique. He believes the old theory of 10,000 repetitions to master a skill can be drastically reduced through delivering a detailed progression based plan and providing the right information to the athlete. This higher level of detail helps the athlete to absorb the information with more focus.
