Bothwell John Horvat Tournament Champions!
After an awesome weekend in Bothwell we would like to give a big shout out to the Port Stanley Novice LL Team. They played some amazing games over the past weekend in the John Horvat Memorial Tournament.

They played some great teams and had to work hard.  They first played the Dresden Jr Kings on Saturday morning winning that game 12-0.  The second game on Saturday was against the Chatham Kent Avalanche which they worked hard again as a team and won 9-2 which then put them into a eliminator game on the Sunday which they ended up playing Chatham Kent Avalanche again and they came back with a very strong fight to have the game go into over time.  The boys played their hardest and once again came out the winners with a 3-2 win.  Which then put them in the finals against the Southwest bullets.  The Southwest bullets were undefeated that weekend as well and came out very strong.  But the boys fought back in a exciting game to win the championship 5-2.
They all played their best and showed everyone how well they can play as a team.
Would like to thank the coaches for all they do and the parents for having an amazing cheering section.
