Great Effort and a great game
Atom #1 sailors gave Aylmer 1 a run for their money in a very close 3 to 1 loss in Aylmer on Saturday
In one the best efforts of the season for far, everyone on the team contributed and the result was a very entertaining back and forth game.
Evan L. and Corson were terrific at constantly badgering the attackers in our own end. Bryce and Daniel did a great job of moving the puck into their end and pressuring the defense. Ethan W., Matthew and Devon played great two way hockey especially with the forecheck in the neutral zone Evan G. used his speed to sneak by the D and get us a goal. and we had great goaltending from Jackson and our version of Shea Weber - Cameron with his blocked shots - especially on empty nets.
